hey all,im trying to get my weight down. i currently weigh 192 and i started 2-3 weeks ago at 200 lbs. i dont know if im doing this right. i dont think im eating enough which is hard for me to deal with cause it seems counter productive. I have created a website to track my diet and exercise. I have pictures on it and plan on taking new pictures weekly.
