Here's where it gets complicated, I have a gf, and as crazy as this sounds me and the fwb have always had a better connection but seems like she doesn't want to interfere (happened the last time I was dating someone). Her words "we can hangout as long as no one gets upset"

Its not complicated. She wants to have sex, and you have a gf now....

So either

1) Hang out with her and cheat on your girlfriend

2) Say "its nice to catch up with you, but I dont think its a good idea if we hangout."

I cant be your moral compass. Id elect for #2. If things dont work out with your gf...you could always hit her up.
