Long story short I used to be fwb with this girl and lost connection and recently started texting me again catching up yet I can't really get a read on her what her intentions are, she talks about a guy she's seeing yet talks about our past and saying how great I look?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Here's where it gets complicated, I have a gf, and as crazy as this sounds me and the fwb have always had a better connection but seems like she doesn't want to interfere (happened the last time I was dating someone). Her words "we can hangout as long as no one gets upset"

Its not complicated. She wants to have sex, and you have a gf now....

So either

1) Hang out with her and cheat on your girlfriend

2) Say "its nice to catch up with you, but I dont think its a good idea if we hangout."

I cant be your moral compass. Id elect for #2. If things dont work out with your gf...you could always hit her up.
