help me get a exercise routine!

ok, i weight 170 lbs and im 5"9' and im 16 years old, and now i got a girlfriend and i dont want to look bad to her so i want to loose some weight and get more muscle. i cant afford weights, so i need to know wat exercises will help me build muscle and how many times a week and stuff liek that, also some kind of diet would be good, thanks, btw is my first time posting in this part of the forum, so if this is an inappropiate question or something, im sorry, ok sooo thanks!

If you've got a girlfriend then you're attractive enough to her without working out!

For a weight-less workout though I guess you could do push-ups, situps etc and combine with a decent diet - but don't expect to grow much without eventually shifting the old slag iron.

ok do pushups and situps, but like wit how many do i have to start wit and continue to do? cause i know myself and i can bearly lift myself to do 5 pushups lol

so ur tryin 2 look good for ur girl? aww thats sweet...no weights no prob just do alot of reps....push ups=bout 20x10 rest bout 2-5 mins...basicly workout 40mins daily....abs? situps or crunches but they wont help ya if ya got alot of fat round ur waist so RUN! i ran bout 3-5 miles a day....

And what did you squat in that time?

i like 2 divid my workout into my upper bod n lower....example. day1 work on upper bod. abs, chest, shoulder, biceps triceps, back ect.

day2 work on calves, hamstrings, glutes, quads.
