hey guys, i'm real skinny, not very bulk, i'd like to bulk up like every other guy, but I can never seem to get around to working out. Just lazy I guess. I think well now i'm going to do 25 pushups and 50 situps a day. Dosnt happen. Like I said, while i'd like to bulk up, I lack the motivation to actually do any work. HELP!!!!!

well motivation is what its all about.

when you think about workng out, you need to think about those guys with abs and big biceps flexxxing their greased pecs and all the girls getting wet over them.. every rep think that and think that you WILL be one of them becuae it CAN and WILL happen. It's happening for me... it can happen for you

Man, you gotta envision your END GOAL. I have harped on this in my topic here. Imagine the consequences of your actions, man!

If you sit around and let yourself decrapitate over the course of time... you stay skinny and unattractive!! Well I had to work to CUT UP and lose fat, so my anti-role-model was anybody fat. I knew in my mind that working for a better body would boost my confidence and make me attractive. Sounds like your anti-role-model is Carrot-Top.

Now imagine your role model... what do you want to look like? Envision yourself in the future with rippled muscles, chiseled abs, girls asking if they can feel you up and then giggling and whispering about you while you confidently smile and reap the rewards of your action and smart planning. Yes, you can become that man! You must actively envision yourself as that man while you work out. Imagine the thoughts that you will think as that man. Imagine the way you will look and how chicks will react.

IF THIS DOESN'T MOTIVATE YOU, THEN YOU DON'T WANT IT! Be Carrot Top or Richard Simmons, less competition for me. Your choice-- but I advise you to step up and go after this thing with a burning intensity.

then you will see the personal value in it, such as mental toughness, self respect, self-confidence etc
