“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Was doing incline bench press with dumbells. Was having an awesome workout, set a new personal best on BP before that. I was on my 3rd set, struggling with my last rep...my right shoulder lost control and the weight went behind my head, i tried to stabilize it and heard a huge rip in my shoulder. All i could think of was, OMFG im done for the summer, my shoulders fu*ked. I was so scared. The funny thing is i have almost completely normal range of motion. There is a slight pain if i move it in some directions. I cant even ice it, because its my rotator cuff, internal muscle. Im so scared im going to wake up, and not be able to move it. Am i over reacting? could it just been a very bad stretch? I just find it weird that i heard that rip, and still have normal range of motion

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

If you go to a gym, have you tried asking some of the people who work there?

the gym i go to has a massage therapist and injury therapist and all that good stuff.

doesn't sound good to me, but i've never heard a rip in any of my muscles before, so i'm not too sure

Be careful with it... I dislocated my collar bone with a nice little "rip" and it's not been the same since. Best bet is to go and see a doc (although there isn't much that they can do) to find out what happened.

Oh, and never dislocate your collar bone... tearing ligaments = total agony.

Is their a difference between tearing ligaments, and straining them? Im pretty sure i didnt tear anything, cause im not into absolute pain. Im almost 100 % sure its rotator cuff related. Certain directions are a sharp pain, when i move there. I Really hope this goes away :(

I was @ Martial arts training on Monday- Im abit of beginner, been going for a month, was busy sparring and as I came round with a right hook my right shoulder muscle felt like it popped out of place and I fell to the ground and felt another pull (think it popped back into position).

What did I do? How do I know it popped back?

Well, that night I struggled to sleep I wont lie I couldnt sleep infact so the next day went to see a doctor, described what I just told you, he sent me for X-RAYS, nothing was broken thank fully. Gave me anti-inflamattories and since Monday gradually each day I feel less and less pain. I do feel a slight pull in my shoulder at the moment when I move it in certain positions, the doctor told me I bruised my muscle so what I can recommend is to go for x-rays and see a doctor.
