Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'll try to find out what they're fried in then. ThanksBonhomme said:Unless the fries are fried in coconut oil or lard, they will have trans fats as a result of the heat and light. Natural saturated are actually not as bad for most people, especially if you have a good enough metabolism to use the saturated fats for fuel.
I always get the whole wheat bun. I don't avoid the sauces though. I'll just tell them no sauce next time. What else should I avoid?Bryce556 said:quizno's and subway are good if you avioid the sauses and some ingredients, AND GET A WHOLE WHEAT BUN
Okay. I'll try making my own fries. Homemade fries do taste the best, with fresh potatoes.Sniper001 said:@ Dot - I have yet to find a fast food joint that fries their fries in something other than vegetable oil (can give you pimples) or lard and coconut oil - just avoid fries all together.
At home, I make my own fries and I either bake them or fry them in extra virgin olive oil. (Which is very healthy since it contains omega 3 and 6, and other nutrients.)
Yeah, mayo especially. On a Bk Whopper, getting it without mayo cuts the fat content in half.Kev07 said:nothing really needed to avoid besides the sauces
It's real simple, trans fat=bad for your heart. Treat your body with the up most respect and you will reap the benefits.danno1 said:if you eat a hamburger at mcdonalds its not that horrible and only .5 grams of transfat
No they don't,infact a lot of bodybuilders stay away from rice and bread.baurman said:It's the same as making your own home made sandwich and a lot of bodybuilders eat that.

It's not what's 'wrong' with them, but rather it's too many carbs at once, even for a single serving.Zerix said:what's wrong with rice and bread?
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
