"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Is there such a thing?

I know a few local places. Does bad fat occur no matter what when you make french fries?? or can you cook french fries properly?

What about In N Out?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Unless the fries are fried in coconut oil or lard, they will have trans fats as a result of the heat and light. Natural saturated are actually not as bad for most people, especially if you have a good enough metabolism to use the saturated fats for fuel.

Most Wendy's locations have baked potatoes. When I need something fast, I get that, a side salad, and a few burgers without the bun, and it makes a pretty decent meal.

I'll try to find out what they're fried in then. Thanks

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I always get the whole wheat bun. I don't avoid the sauces though. I'll just tell them no sauce next time. What else should I avoid?

@ Dot - I have yet to find a fast food joint that fries their fries in something other than vegetable oil (can give you pimples) or lard and coconut oil - just avoid fries all together.
At home, I make my own fries and I either bake them or fry them in extra virgin olive oil. (Which is very healthy since it contains omega 3 and 6, and other nutrients.)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

How about Baja Fresh? There's a movement to get rid of trans fats in many fast food restaurants.

Okay. I'll try making my own fries. Homemade fries do taste the best, with fresh potatoes.

What about a restaurant that sells hot dog sandwiches, burger sandwiches, and fries? Same thing right?

It's real simple, trans fat=bad for your heart. Treat your body with the up most respect and you will reap the benefits.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

In N Out is loaded with Trans Fat.

There are some foods at fast food restaurants that have items that aren't that bad. Taco Bell for example, a Chicken Burrito. The only bad thing I see with that is the amount of Sodium.

The reason fast foods are bad for you is the trans fat, calories, etc. So eating at Subway or Quiznos isn't bad if you order a Turkey sandwich on Whole Wheat Bread with no sauces. It's the same as making your own home made sandwich and a lot of bodybuilders eat that.

I don't see what's so hard to understand. It's fast food, which is a fast fix and with like every fast fix you may not pay at first, but in the long run it will come back to bite you.

It's not what's 'wrong' with them, but rather it's too many carbs at once, even for a single serving.

Granted I'm sure you could get away with a slice of whole wheat bread every once and while but I wouldn't try it.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
