I'd be terribly afraid of leading an ugly woman on, and having to deal with her in the morning. Feeling horribly guilty and just being a bad person. But if you can make it clear that it's only a one-time thing, why not.
Certainly don't drive 3 hours man. You'll have to spend the night, wake up to her. Picture before you, she gets up and goes to the toilet, and you see her fat cellulite bum, she reeks of cold smoke and you think OH MY GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE - but you have to stay for lunch
If you must do it, make it a very clear one night stand.
