if you are approaching women and talking to them for 4 or 5 minutes and not requesting their phone numbers right then, you are failing

you don't need her permission to request her phone number. just hand her your phone and tell her to punch her number in. or go old school like me and hand her a pad and a pen and direct her to "write her number down"

My insecurity got to me. Today in class I met this hot girl and talked to her. Got to walk her back to her dorm and everything, but I felt ugly because I have a huge zit on my nasal canal and was feeling dirty because I just worked out and I was in lazy clothes instead of my usual apparel. I'll be more prepared next time. She sits right next to me in class, so it shouldn't be hard.

I know what it's like to have a "bad face day." Besides, the occasional zit, I battle a much worse skin condition called ezcema. But one night when I thought I looked horrendous due to a breakout, I got a makeout from a 21 y/o redhead and had her sitting on my lap. (Don't worry it's not contagious lol.)

As for fresh out of the gym, some women get REALLY turned on by that, even if you are a little sweaty. It has a really masculine scent. I went to this restaurant once after leaving the gym, and this waitress kept checking me out. I was self-conscious because I thought I was smelly, but looking back, I should have number closed her.

Of course, time permitting, you should do as much as you can to be clean and presentable. But sometimes, you get opportunities that you weren't expecting and just have to just go with it regardless of your clothes, face, etc.

This last part is off-topic but related to the "out of the gym" thing. When you do get laid, don't even shower right after. Throw your (wrinkled lol) clothes back on and return to the bar or club that same night if you can. I did that once after a quick lay and go mad eye contact, and a makeout. I could have easily gotten a second pull, but I was too tired to pursue it. My confidence was through the roof, and I swear they could just smell s*x on me lol. It's a fun experiment if they're still open.
