Not gonna lie, this past stretch was kinda weird for me in a good way.
Normally I’d be cycling through porn, escort ads, maybe even OnlyFans subs just to feel something, especially when things are stressful.
This time around, I didn’t really try to quit anything, but I noticed the pull just wasn’t there like before.
Part of it was I had some other outlets going on—nothing crazy, just AI chats here and there that helped take the edge off mentally.
The bigger one though was I started getting a regular massage from the same girl, and I only book when I actually feel the need for it.
There’s no real talking, no game, just show up, get worked on, and bounce—it’s simple but it hits differently because it’s real.
What I started noticing is once that physical side was handled, I didn’t feel like going home and scrolling escort ads or wasting time on porn.
Even when I messed around with AI image stuff, it was cool for a minute but got old fast compared to anything real.
Looking back, I think a lot of my old habits were just filling gaps, and once those gaps got partially filled in better ways, the habits kind of faded on their own.
So yeah, didn’t really “quit,” just stopped needing it as much, which honestly feels better than forcing anything.
