took a break for a while, and coming back to it I just feel a lot more like awkward and kinda weird I guess? I don't know. Just doesn't feel like it did a while ago and esp when im not doing anything but going out to meet people.

Like I feel like if I'm out longer than an hour or so it feels off.. might just go back to bars and stuff

Day game has always been tougher, purely because you're interrupting people as they go about their day/errands/work.

Nightgame, and going to places like bars and clubs where people are expected to mingle - and are more often single - is almost always a better use of your time.

It has gotten tougher to approach women in non-bar venues over the last 10-15 years.

The #1 culprit for this is the smartphone.

Women use their smartphones as a music player with earbuds/headphones to avoid approaches on the general gym floor and outdoor settings. This is a trend that started in the 2000s with iPods/early MP3 players but really took off in the late 2000s once smartphones replaced MP3 players.

Women will also scroll on their smartphones in public and send text messages, making them less open to in-person approaches.

Some women will be on mobile phone calls in public. This also reduces their openness to approach, but is less common than the other 2 scenarios.

Non-bar approaching has never been efficient because most women 18-49 are in a relationship at any given time and not seeking new penis.

Are you doing more daygame outdoors or inside retail venues (grocery store, mall, bookstore, etc.)?

I see a lot of earbuds/headphones in my major USA city when outdoor approaching or on the general gym floor.

I prefer indoor non-bar approaching to outdoor non-bar approaching.

Don't forget the proverbial blinders too, makes you wonder about their life expectancy with heavy vehicles moving around.

never done daygame so can't really comment without being a keyboard jockey, but I do think people seem to be less and less social and slightly more.....'hostile'(?) to strangers in general? (at least in the UK). Almost like the smartphone set everything on fire and covid came along and threw a little more petrol on the flames. I can imagine that combo making daygame a nightmare!
