Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I am thinking about trying this thing were you take 10 seconds up and 10 seconds down per rep. Does anyone have any good links or experience with this?

I've read about that sh1t in bb magazines, but I think it's pretty much BS. As long as you have a comfortable, controlled movement you should be fine.

what are you hoping to gain from this? previously you indicated you wanted to gain 45 lbs. of mass.... that will take a very, very long time, and right now you should be building a base, not mucking around with this sorta stuff.

Progressive resistance training and eating correctly is the only way to go Yake.

Stick to the basics and you can't go wrong - if you chop and change what you're doing constantly in regards to diet, training, exercises etc because you read a new article or heard about a 'new, cool workout', it's gunna hinder your results big-time.

Stick to a proven program that consists of mainly compound movements. Don't heave the weight up fast and there's no reason to go ultra-slow.. just controlled all the way up and down, not sticking or 'resting' at the top or bottom.

Stay away from bodybuilding magazine articles - they serve only as a distraction to someone who'se serious about putting a lot of mass on.

Ah. I got carried away there in my usual pre workout frenzy to find the "perfect routine" or something. I did, after all, stick to my basic compound medium speed routine, increased my reps and I felt great! That should teach me not to run after any new "philosophy" I find.

Oh, and now my goal is to gain 22 pounds. I don't really want to be huge anymore, and this is a lot more attainable.

People are too worried about time under tension. Load the bar. control it on the way down and bust your ass to get it up.
