“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Has anyone here done the NFL 225lb bench press strength test?

For some reason the NFL tests players on how many reps they can press of 225lbs during the Combine/practice.

My best was for 25 reps at a bodyweight of 200lbs with no arched back and touching my chest. Probably could have done 28-30 reps if I did it right away instead of after my maximum.

I think it's kind of a pointless test. Football plays are between 3 and 10 seconds at the most. I dont see how doing 30 reps with 225 translates to football. They basically do half-reps anyway, Ive you ever watched a combine.

If you benched 225 for 25 @ 200 lbs that's pretty darn good....but I'm skeptical of that. No offense.

I think I did 16 reps a while back, but I imagine I could do around 20-25 now.

I think I got up to 15 at one time when I still played. But the reason for it is to find a max based on how many reps you get up.

Video or I call BS. Are we talking full reps here (touch chest and lock out)? I'm 5'10" 175lbs with maybe 10-11% bf (have a visible 6 pack, 32" waist) and I can only do 225 for 6 reps. I've maxed at 250 bench, 320 squat, 410 deadlift. You must must be shredded with a crate for a chest to rep that much.

Actually being at a low bodyfat can hold back your strength on the bench.

Brady Quinn baby he killed it, 24 reps i think. theres a youtube video ill try and find it. Im pretty sure the purpose of the test, is just to see there general level of strength. They go through a series of physical tests so scouts can draw conclusions, about their future health and potential.

I'm too old to be able to rep 225lbs for 25 now. Currently I can probably do maybe 10-12 reps but if I trained hard I might be able to squeeze 16-18. That's touching my chest(not bouncing) and not arching my back.

Back when I did it I had a flat stomach with visible bodyfat. If I had a six pack there's no way I could have done that amout of reps. My max bench was 355lbs so doing 225lbs for 25 doesn't seem that out of reach.

Did it yesterday, 23 full reps, no spotter.

For the nonbelievers, I'll do it again next week and post a video.
That's pretty good. What is your height/weight?
