"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

How do you respond to a situation when someone AMOGs you because of your lack of knowledge? Let's say you come to a party dressed more casually than expected and a guy AMOGs you clearly trying to make you look like a fool? He does it in a funny way though. Or your handshake has a flaw (from my experience!) and the guy obviously comments on it.

How do you aknowledge your mistake without giving him perceived authority on the matter?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I'd say, "Hey, an original observation! Guess I'm not the only one here!" then smile at him and prolong your eye contact like you don't give a damn, like you're actually laughing at HIM.

if he comments on your clothes, ask him why he was checking you out

or, apologize for not meeting his high standards with guys, and tell him you'll stick to women from now on

Rarely happens, but keep two things in mind:

1. Choose to think that the AMOG feels threatened by you. Whether it's true or not, I choose to believe it because it gives me a psychological edge.

2. Don't flake, but assert yourself. Use ****y & Funny. Use the AMOG's neg to showcase your humor.

AMOG: Dude, do you know you're the only one wearing jeans?

CF RESPONSES:

PUA: Oh, DAMN, bro! I didn't get the memo. Tell you what, bro...here's a dollar (hand penney to AMOG)...don't tell the fashion police I'm here, OK? (wink)

PUA: Yeah, bro...I went to go pick up my Greg Norman Blackberry Limited Edition slacks today, but the cleaners forgot to add starch, so I figure I'd wear jeans to showcase my ass.

PUA: Yeah, bro, I AM wearing jeans...today is National Jeans Day. C'mon, bro, get with the program!"

Whatever you do don't say bro repeatedly. Or at all.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I hate it when your wing AMOGs you in a set right when you reached the hook point. Last two times I've gone out, I held a 2set, and my wing slides in all quiet fox like or moves me aside to talk to his target and their smiles fade. Least to say, he won't be wing next time.
