You really should chit chat back and forth.
The last thing you want is a date with a boring girl. You save more time and money by talking for a bit first.
i do it often because when i have a date then they make some chit up ("uhh u look different than on pic") and therefore i barely go on a date. i also need my haircut done or they will complain/run, - what i am supposed to do, run to hairdresser for some bish? lul. so i simply text with them for pleasure.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Thats pretty weak. If you don't look like yoir pics then put some pics up that you do look like. Wear a hat on the date then if you don't want to cut your hair.
When I was using OLD frequently I used to wear a backwards baseball cap. It probably doubled my lay rate. They loved it...maybe they took it as a bad boy signal or that i just didn't give a crap but I got more ass than a toilet seat when I started doing it.
But it went with my persona, if that's not you in date then it will come off wrong.

I'll do that if they live 60-100+ miles away.
For me, it doesn't make sense to waste time talking and then try to logistically find a middle spot to hang. What if I drove half way and she was a no show or had lukewarm IL at best?
Recent Example:
Last month, I exchanged messages back forth with a woman for a few days that lived nearly 2 hours away. I tried to set up a beach day which she shifted to a dinner date. She set up a phone call the next night to see how we got along. She pushed back the call time an hour when she missed the call time. That lowered my IL because she wasn't respecting my time and value.
My mistake in retrospect was allowing her to keep me on the phone too long so she lost interest. This chick bragged that 50 guys messaged her and she exchanged her # with 3 guys and I was one of them. Wow, entitlement at its best! She sounded like a structured Brazilian chick with a checklist, so I probably dodged a bullet when she blocked me on OLD two days later.
I'll keep talking for a while to see what gets them intrigued so I can get better at interactions.
My sticking point is when they ghost, go radio silent, or block when I ask them out for a date. If I say "I'm busy, but I'd like to keep talking about _____, let's meet up for drinks." Do I sound like a player? wtf?....
