"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Guys, I'm about to crack right now.

If you weren't ruled by emotion, you'd be over this chick by now.

Instead, you have ONEitis for a chick who played you AND the guy she left you for (physically, emotionally, whatever).

Instead, since it ended dramatically, you are caught up.

And drama free? You might be telling the truth. But based on that email you shared with us and other info regarding her actions that you shared on that thread, I highly doubt all that.

It's your life. Your wifey material.

<sneers and spits on the ground. then gropes herself and walks away>

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

You mentioned attention wh0ring and trolling. How do those words help anyone?

If you don't, just for future reference, if you do decide to name call again, I won't be taking your replies seriously.

First of all I never called you those names, I said your taking it to that territory.

More importantly how does calling yourself lazy help anyone?

You and I are going to have to disagree about what we mean by emotions ruling us. In my opinion, you're dead wrong. I already explained so we won't have to argue about this again.

Instead, since it ended dramatically, you are caught up.
Well of course there is ego invested in the break up. I didn't want to, so of course that affected me. However it's not the only reason I miss her. I would realize that and move on a lot more smoothly if that was the only factor. I'm not stupid, and it isn't the only reason I'm "caught up" as you say.

And drama free? You might be telling the truth. bla bla bla bla...
No, I AM telling the truth. Believe it or not. It's up to you. Your problem, not mine. :D

sometimes a man just has to stop speaking. some of you haven't learned that lesson. some time taking a conversation forward will only result in diminished returns.

Never argue with a fool. Someone watching may not be able to tell the difference.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

It is his justification for thinking the girl is "wifey material", and his ongoing ONEitis.
I'm making the point that if someone is happy with someone, they don't break up. I'm making the point that if you don't have confidence in yourself, if you're lazy, and if you have money problems, it's only a matter of time before things don't work out.

I did a lot of things wrong to make that relationship NOT work. Stop treating me like I didn't do anything wrong and making her out to be Satan who loves to eat men's souls. It's silly.

You're right. That's a good suggestion.

YOU are the one who is villifying yourself.

Being a lowdown h0 is COMPLETELY different from being broke and down on your luck.

YOU: Broke. Down on your luck financially. Lazy.

HER: Investing emotions in another man. Emailing one man (her ex) about another (the man she left him for)'s apendages, and "relationship issues". And basically cheating on him through email. Ect. ect.

Two completely different types of issues. One is situational, the other is character.

PLEASE post that email again, I guarantee you will get the whipping of your life AGAIN for considering that chick to be "wife material". Since noone remembers. I do! Even the things I am bringing up, aren't half as bad as the entirety of that email! My god, I can't remember a more lowdown chick.

Uh. All that wasted text and you forget that being lazy and poor wasn't my only problem.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Well you still have major confidence issues.

I am sure if that doesn't change you will indeed end up with a lowdown h0 for a wife. Who will leave you for some guy with a small d!ck the minute you have another streak of bad luck, and she has to get a job. Of course a year later she will email you and tell you all about the new man and HIS "awful issues".

I wonder if there is a parallel sosuave universe, where that guy is also pining away for some lowdown chick, and blaming his "size" issues on the break up. Of course he probably doesn't even know that was an "issue". Who knows what "issues" he knows about you, that you don't.

BAM.

As much as I hate iqqi's delivery from what you provided about your ex,TM, she was just another garden variety, branch swinging opportunist. I think you are probably meeting better prospects but your sentiments and emotions are blinding you to that. It'll just take time and you'll realize your ex wasn't all that great.
