There's a med school HB that asked me that at a second meeting, just before I got her digits.She's an intern at a local hospital. I passed by her desk after having chatted her up on a previous check up visit.

This is definitely a bad kind of reply. By mentioning her as a princess, you're giving up your own power at the same time. The game is over for her. I'm not sure if her IL really went up since she was mentioning another guy. To me, this is a red flag. If she ever mention something or someone, she's definitely interested in them.
