"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I found a great site about self esteem and it really gets to the core of alot of issues that I think DJ's Should deal with, or fix their inner game.

When you fix your inner issues then you dont have to fight anxiety and fear and nervousness.

Its like reaching a state of naturalness but it takes alot of personal growth and painful experiences to get there.

I am still trying to reach that place.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

While this is enlightening, some of you guys amaze me. Last Man Standing told me that, "John, most of the guys here are introverts, and the stuff that you tell them they can't follow because they have different personalities."

I'm starting to believe him.

Self Esteem, you want my definition of it? Well, just break it apart, "Self" and "Esteem." It's to raise up the self, to praise the self. Lol.

Some people have "low self esteem" because instead of praising the self they condem the self.

Some people have no self esteem.

Anyway, while you read on how to increase your "SElf" "Esteem" may I ask you a question?

When was the last time you learned more about your SELF?

Who are you?

Do you know?

See, you don't discover who you are from reading articles and books. You discover who you are by being alone with your soul, the articles and books are nothing but additional re-affirming and nurturing information to help bring the guidance and goals of your soul to pass.

You guys do it backwards.

You want articles and books to determine WHAT YOUR ROUTE IS.

However, THEY CAN'T DO THAT. They are only supplements, they are NOT the diet and the workout. Many want to pop a pill and look like Arnold (the young one).

You guys need to discover yourselves, and it's not this hard and long process and bullshyt. What planet are you guys living on?

Get alone in a room with yourself and discover your goals and what you want in life man, god damn.

Then use articles and books to become a support to it. I said the other night that WISDOM brings you success. However, you have to first know where you want to go, in order to seek out the "article" or "book" that contains the wisdom needed to get there.

You guys have no sense of self. No definiton that YOU DEFINED of yourself. You want Pook to create your identity. You come here and ask questions like, "What career should I choose?" "What should I say to this girl?" I mean god damn man! If you can't make up YOUR OWN MIND and create YOUR OWN IDENTITY, then just get the fvck off this site right now.

Get the fvck off and go lock yourself in a room. And don't come out until you have a definition of yourself and a outlook of where YOU want to go in life. Don't bring your red azz on this forum and look for guys to define a way for you.

I'm so sick of that man.

Rather than locking yourself in a room to find yourself, you need to get out and see the world. If you've had the same friends since college or High school get out and meet new people, if you've lived in the same city your whole life move somewhere else. If you never done anything crazy in your life go sky diving! In my opinion, experience is one of the single most important factors in finding yourself and becoming comfortable with who you are.
