Allright i got my first phone #. i'm a bit nervous actually. i'll wait 4 days to call and hopefully i won't mess up. it's my first time. i already failed because of my state of mind. let me retype that.

A DJ calls when he wants. And, just because you got her number does not always mean she will still want to hang out later. She might flake and make up some excuse to not go with you, or she might not even answer. If she flakes or doesn't pick up, chalk it up to experience.

ya dude, follow this tip in the beginning. maybe, if things get better, you should call her whenever you feel is right, not a pattern of 2 or 3 days. after the 2nd date is probably a good time, but only because your in HS (so am i, i can relate). in HS the rules are a little different, so you can get away with this.

I'm waiting 4 days because thats when i'm pretty sure i'll have time. Ice Skating sounds good, based on the previous post, and i can ice skate. Another question has arisen. Should i pay? i'm a bit broke, but i'm just wondering if you guys would.

Congrats, Ice skating is always fun and there is no limit to "kino" pretty much. That's what I'm doing for my first date with this chick. Hellls yeah.

Yo Guys i called yesterday and we set up the "hang out" today. Ice Skating it is! I was so nervous when i got the phone out and the piece of paper with her #. I was shaking so i did several things to calm me down.

Got my jacket, put it on, to keep me warm and reduce my "shaking".
I went in my bro's room while he was playing with the PSP and had a quick convo about which character pwns which character.
I then turned on Comedy Central and picked up several keywords that i later used subconciously. "Patronize" was one of them i forgot other. and then i called, calm and relaxed.

edit: god damn rain lol i had to cancel and postpone.

lol, but yeah ice skating is fun. go make an excuse that you cant skate and tell her you need her hand or else you'll fall and at times purposely fall on her and have fun. your doing good.

Yo Today went great. I made a few mistakes but it did not matter because we both had a hell of a time, and mistakes are part of life. I owe my new mind set to this site and to everyone contributes to sosuave.net. Oh, and Charm, thanks for the slap in the face =)

One thing i learned is to always seek self improvement, when you fail you are motiviated to try. when you succeed, you tend to be "overconfident" and slack off. Always motiviate yourself no matter the outcome.
