Got her number, how to proceed?

I would like to give a little context. Starting talking to this girl. Found out she's an exchange student from France. Someone else was talking with us. After 10 minutes, I said I got a lot of work to do, I'll shoot you a text. What's your number? She said she didn't have a us phone number, and have me her whatsapp. She said next time she's gonna bring her friend who is a dude. She didn't say boyfriend. Regardless, I think i was doing well. I was making her ask me questions subconsciously and talking to the person next to us. But, I don't know if this is a good sign or bad sign. So what do you guys think I should do? I know I'm gonna message her 3 days later.. But is this a done deal?

Why three days later ?. Dont overthink, go with a purpose and get her out on her own for a drink.
