"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Okay here's my situation.

My buddy and I went out to a resteraunt tonight. We had a few beers and I noticed our waitress was pretty hot. So I got to talking to her quite a bit.

She was fairly talkative so I got to wondering if maybe she was wanting a good tip. I've been in situations where my waitress was very socialable and come to find out she was doing it to get a good tip so I was kinda skeptical at first. Then she gave me a good conversation and i applied a little casual kino.

At the end of the night I asked her if she had some free time and if she wanted to hang out some. Her response was:

"Well its getting close to finals so I'll be spending a lot of time studying."

So I told her that she has to have some free time every once in a while and she should give me her number.

So she gave me he number.

I'm thinking she was sincere I mean since she gave it to me.

But was her response flakey? I mean do girls give out their number out of pity or fear that she might hurt my feelings?

She seems very laid back so I'm gonna wait a while and call her. She's 21 and still lives with her parents. She goes to my college which is like 20 minutes away from her house.

I just thought I would see what you guys opinion was on the situation.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

yea i think what she said was pretty flakey, she seemed like she wasn't VERY into you, and her response seemed like she was trying to avoid what u asked. it sounds like she might of done it over pity but it might not. i had something similiar like this happen to me, i ended up asking her at the end of a pretty long conversation because she's more comfortable in telling u things and trusts u a little bit, her answer was "at first i felt sorry for u but now that i got to know u im really glad i did."

Well I guess if my situation is the same as yours then things should go pretty good. See, one thing I forgot to mention was that I asked her something about her boyfriend or what would her boyfriend think or whatever the statement was.

She said that she wouldn't consider him her "boyfriend" that they aren't together anymore.

So I figure if she totally didn't have any interest in me at all that she would have said that yea she has boyfriend you know.
