Got a job,no time to go to the gym!!!

Hi guys


I've recently got a new job, but i have to do extra work so i leave work very late at night like 22.00 / 23.00 h., so i don't have time to go to the gym. What kind of exercises can i do at home and is it ok to workout this late?

Straight up Juan. I get up and leave for the gym every morning at 5 oclock.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

For a time at my last job I would go during lunch, the downtown gym was a couple of blocks away. My "lunch" was the protein shake after the workout.

The point is, you make the time for something that is important to you.

I'm not a morning person at all and start working out after 10:30-11:00pm.

If it's important enough, you can find time. Using wights just 2x a week for 30mins can make a difference.
