Good Bulking Diet?

This is the diet that I plan to bulk with every day of the week. I'm 18, still in high school, 5'8, 140 lbs, and still growing.

Meal 1 5 AM
5 scrambled eggs with yolks taken out
--------------------------------------
Meal 2 6 AM
Bowl of Cereal
--------------------------------------
Meal 3 11 AM- 1 PM
Whatever the **** school has for lunch
--------------------------------------
Lift Weights(4 or 5 times a week) 1- 2PM
--------------------------------------
Meal 4 3:30 PM
1 Banana
Myoplex Deluxe Protein Shake Mixed With Water
Creatine
Glass of Milk
--------------------------------------
Meal 5 6-7 PM
Whatever the **** my mom makes for dinner
--------------------------------------
Meal 6 8-9 PM
1 Banana or a few eggs
Myoplex Deluxe Protein Shake Mixed With Water
Multivatamin
Glass of Milk
--------------------------------------
Sleep at 9 or 10 PM

Okay, I see the word 'bulk', egg whites, creatine, Myoplex, a 4-5 day split, school food and 'whatever mom makes', is this bbing.com?

Your diet needs some serious work. A hamster would have trouble growing any muscle off it.

that's like 2 meals worth of foods man... eat more... don't take the yolks out of all the eggs, it's the best part!

and full of enough cholesterol to kill you. 99% of the protein is in the whites anyways.

eat till you feel like puking, then rest for a bit, then when you can force more food in do so. repeat cycle

that is the perfect bulking diet lol

as WA said, wrong... cholesterol consumed has little to no effect on body cholesterol, and in addition, 50 % of the protein is in the egg yolk, plus a bunch of great vitamins/minerals and fats.
