How many pieces of sushi do you eat to fill yourself up? For myself I'd say at least 12 - 16.

Also, I'd like to see those cheeseburger macros without the bun; the only way I'll eat McDs.

Bottom line, sushi rolls pack A LOT of unneeded carbs. If I were to eat 16 pieces, I'd eat around 80g carbs!

Stick with the sashimi; the fish without the rice.

Looks like you eat a lot of sushi.. I like that salmon roe sushi.. any idea what it is in romanized japanese?
