Hello guys I need help. Recently I have been working on my own personal development. I finally feel like I have the focus, and desire to actually succeed and attain my goals. I made a log of my goals. For instance I have several different goals I am working on right now. Some of them are learning to play the guitar, piano, Japanese, learning how to type faster, loosing weight, etc... I have been keeping track of all this in a journal. It has only been 2 weeks where I have taking this seriously and my journal is really messy.
What I do in my journal is have my goal followed by the seven days of the week. Each day has a box and I have put how many hours I put into that specific goal in the box for the day. Like this

Mon Tues Wed Thurs Friday Sat Sun Total
[120min] [90min] [60min] [60min] [60min] [45min] [45min] [8hours]
I tried doing this in excel but I don't know how to make it calculate the totals by itself. I want this to be as accurate as possible, and I know I will make mistakes if I do it in a journal. What I need is some sort of goal planner. Something that can do all of this for me. Does anyone know of a program that could do something like this? Or does anyone know how to make excel calculate totals for me? Thanks in advanced.
