Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hot Or Not hotness formula. For men: Start at -4 and add (+5) for shirtless pic, (+4) for hairless chest, (+4) for no missing teeth, (+1) for puppy.

For women start at +5 and add (+5) for cleavage.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Dude u look okay to me.
At the moment you've got that kinda "guy next door" look that women will find comforting.

Tho cos you don't have that "I'm an alphamale and I'm menaer than you" look or physique , you won't have much room for being any kind of a ***** near an attractive woman, but then who does ?

If you wanted to improve it , get a haircut more regularly and hit the gym , but you should do that only cos *you* want to.

Like wheelin&dealin sez , good enough to get any girl you want, looks should be no problem for you.

how does one lose chin and/or cheek fats?
Same way you lose other fats, just that chin and cheek is almost always the last to go... so basically... cut like a mofo. I read somewhere that facial massages help as well. Not sure if i believe that, but it's worth a try i guess.

donjuanapprentice01, good picture, one small remark though. You have VERY oily skin! This is no big deal but it does make you look greasy if you don't pay special attention to it. Get a soap that's specifically for frequent use and oily skin, consider washing your face multiple times a day AND (if you want to take it that far) consider adapting your diet to eat less fatty foods.

Oily skin makes you look "polished" somehow, not silky at all and it's something women pick up on easy. I have the same problem, i use a special soap and it's also gotten much better since i changed my diet!

I'd definitely get your hair styled.
Lose a bit of body fat.

Most importantly though is the hair, imo, it has to change.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

You asked for constructive criticism, so I'll be honest. I think you could benefit a lot from losing some bodyfat. You have decent looks, but the extra weight gives you a cuddly, non-sexual presence. This was the case with me when I was carrying extra weight and many other guys I know. Have a read in the health and fitness forum and (most important of all) educate yourself on weightloss, and try to get a decent diet and exercise routine.

I also agree with comments about your hair. Again, it has that safe, non-sexual look. Try to go with something more modern, or have it cut very short.
