"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

last night, i was sarging this girl and she asked for my age. i threw c/f responses at her and did not reveal my age. i've done this before many times w/ other girls, and usually the girls would stop asking after the third try or so. but last night this girl would not stop. she continued to press for my age and would not quit. even when i ignored her pressing and attempted to change the topic. now if i did reveal my age, i felt i'd be in a weak position because i didn't stand my ground. how far do you guys take the c/f? if she asks a specific question about you, do you later truthfully answer her question after first throwing some c/f responses?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Uncomfortable with your age?

It's her who is uncomfortable with your age, not you. You shouldn't be. Age truly is nothing but a number.

If she totally insists on knowing your age you can pull out the:

You: "Ok, if you get to know my age, what do I get?"
Her: "What do you want?"
You: "You. Duh."
Her: "Hey! No really, what do you want."
You: "Did I stutter?"
Her: "Ok, but seriously."
You: "Oh, I'm very serious about sex."
Her: "What else do you want?"
You: "You and another girl? Mostly you though. The other girl will have to wait."

You got to her, she was slobbering all over you, but you failed to take that energy and turn it sexual.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Or how bout just telling her your age and being comfortable with who you are, instead of using pre-planned lines from an internet poster?

Because that's boring.

Besides, you can also be comfortable with who you are without telling your age, instead of using the same PRE-PLANNED line you use every time someone asks you that question.

Just say: Old enough (to answer a question like that)
or just give her an age a lot higher or a lot lower.

It's not about YOU being uncomfortable with your age. You are ****ed up if you aren't. It's her who will be insecure about your age. Age is a barrier that people put ... a way to "guess" how people are. To cathegorize.

Just because I'm comfortable with my body doesn't mean I'm going to be naked all around town man.
