"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

y do girls always try to give bs signs to show interest or non interest? this one girl i was talking to found a bf and then doesnt respond to me for like a whole evening. the whole thing ended with a fight with her bf and her tellin me that i shoulda got the idea she wasnt intereseted becuz she stopped talkin to me ( altho her bf told her not to). im like "wow a whole evening of not talking, i guess that's a sign of disinterest, yea right" my friends have had similar things happen to them where the chick says she been givin out hints to sho her lack of attraction. girl's signs r complete bullsh!t. they show nothing.. y cant they jus be straight up and say "hey i dont like u"?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Why do only 5% of the population of the US hold 70% of its wealth ??

Why do I get laid, when other people don't ??

Why did my oneitis girl fvck the other guy instead of me ??

Why anything ??

Figure out how to beat the system, not answer pointless 'why' questions...

The better I know women, the more I see that anxiety dominates what they do. One day of not calling is NOTHING. That's no signal. But, if she just said things straight up, she'd have to deal with being assertive with you, and that's anxious, just like we get approach anxiety for being assertive in that regard. If she says something straight up, her mind could go through all these scenarios of you getting upset, etc, even though they are far fetched. What she wanted was to be passive about the deal, and have it magically work out, just like being an AFC. Then her getting upset when you asked her about it, that's classical "passive-aggressive". Google on that term to get into the psychology of it.

What I'm saying to you is her actions don't make sense by themselves, until we factor in other crap like anxiety. What I'd recommend to you is to rise above it, don't fall into it. You dealt with her on the up and up. If she respectfully said she got a bf, you'd respect that. So, you can hold your head up about this. Too bad she addressed her anxieties more than you. But, now, you know where things stand. And, in the end, you have the option to approach other women, just like you always had.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
