Self esteem has nothing to do with giving head. Who said that? A confident woman is comfortable and may actually enjoy giving head. 99% of the women do not hate it, maybe 99% of the men don't know how to go about it. But after knowing someone for 30 minutes, I think that is pretty normal, and pushing her head down tells a woman one thing, you are in it for your pleasure and not for hers. That is lame.
