There are no "steps" for this. You can't make someone fall in love with you. You have to have the mentality that you are an awesome guy and that she wants to be with you. This will not work for all women, but that's why it's a numbers game.

This is true. I think the advice on here is to meant to not let girls go on and on and treat you like a girlfriend. You need to make sure she knows that you want a physical relationship (male/lover) and not an emotional one (female/friend).
