What happens in this situation, when a girl you know is interested in you and you know she is, and you talk to other women in their presence. This happens to me at the gym...what goes through the womans mind (the one that likes you, though your not giving her much attention)

You'll never know unless she becomes your close friend and you ask her. Generally though, in the beginning she'll feel dejected and maybe jealous that you're not showing her the most attention of all the girls. But then knowing all this doesn't really help at all man. Unless of course you are annoyed with this girl and you want to get on her nerves.

Who cares what goes through her mind. Don't adapt your life around what women may or may not think of you.

If anything, if she sees you talking to other girls, she'll want you more. It's not a turn off by any means.
