To be on-topic: I've had girls orgasm while eating them out with fingers in them, and there were cases where I couldn't feel the contractions, while in other cases I could. The female orgasm is much more complex and intense than male orgasms, so don't worry about it. If she feels the need to fake an orgasm, why bother checking if she did indeed have one? She's fooling herself more than she is fooling you.

I agree with this. Also OP, girls can contract their vaginal muscles consciously, so just because they are squeezing doesn't mean we're orgasming. Although it is usual for muscle contractions, sometimes the muscles spasm sometimes they don't (particularly with ****-only stimulation) the orgasms feel different and like they're coming from different places. Also if you think a girl is faking it, you're better off either stopping or asking her to direct/guide you.
