well ive been working with this girl for a couple months and shes been playing that to cool thing with me everytime i try and game her(even just casual talk she plays it) . well i told someone at work i thought she was cute and it got back to her and now shes all flirty and the whole deal now. how to i finish this off? shes got a bf shes lives with so is it even worth my time?he picks her up everynight ect.. tips??

If she's got a live-in boyfriend then I would assume she's doing it because she's an attention *****, and she thinks that it'll be fun to make you drool over her.

What's the worst that could happen, though, if you made a move? If she's being flirty, you could take that as a sign that she's interested and invite her to do something just the two of you or in a small group of people. If the only time that you ever see her is at work, and she won't do stuff outside of work with you, then don't bother.

Just because chicks flirt with you, does not mean they are really interested. It only means they find you fun, and/or attractive. You work with her, and she has a live in BF. Do yourself a favor and slap yourself upside the head for even considering this chick an option. She likes the attention, thats all. Hell, everyone does. When I have a GF, I have 'flirt-friends' I would go for if I were single.
