"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Theres this girl at the video store...i think she kinda digs me. i think shes cute too, we are both around the same age of 21. She has a little son...when i come in she always asks how im doing at work n stuff....she has a fair interest level in me i think. How would you guys approach this girl and find out if she has a husband or BF w/o really asking her? i was thinking something along these lines...

Me: So hows your son doing??
Me: So when youre at work does your BF or husband take turns taking care of him?

What you guys think? if she is a single mom, how should i approach her w/o getting a response of "i dont have time for a realationship cuz of my son" or anything like that.. OPINIONS and ADVICE are greatly appreciated... Thank You.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Why wouldn't you want an answer like that? Are you afraid? Insecure? Scared of the awkwardness?

My friend, that's not very manly of you. You need to find the courage in yourself to ask her straight out, with the EXACT following words: "So, do you have a boyfriend?" It's pure, simple, and doesn't mean anything. If she says "I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I don't have time for a relationship" say something like the following with a big SMILE: "You know, I wasn't even thinking of that... I can't jump to conclusions as fast as you, I need to get to know someone a little better first, find out who they really are... etc"

This isn't rocket science. Just a simple question.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
