Does this mean she's not into it anymore and I should next her?
She's not initiating hangout out or calls. She just says she's exhausted from work. It's only been a couple weeks of this but I'm getting annoyed.
Any advice? This girl used to contact everyday and would always want to hang out...
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Find another plate and stop worrying about this one, sounds like she is your only option. She will contact you again if she wants to. If you made the last meeting arrangements wait for her to ask when your free. If she doesn't don't talk to her again, next.

Sounds like she is just a "plate" right? Shes not your girlfriend? If thats the case you definitely need to take a chill pill. If you are over pursuing a girl it will only push her away even farther. Take some time to meet some new people and she will come back on her own if she wants. If she doesnt....oh well you should be busy with other people that it shouldnt even matter to you.

It sounds like she just needs a little space. Don't "next" her or NC her. Just wait a week and see if she reaches out. If she doesn't, contact her and see if she wants to do something.

If she doesn't, THEN you can next her.

You would not be worrying about this one girl if you had two more to hang out with.
