Does this mean she's not into it anymore and I should next her?
She's not initiating hangout out or calls. She just says she's exhausted from work. It's only been a couple weeks of this but I'm getting annoyed.
Any advice? This girl used to contact everyday and would always want to hang out...

Sounds like she is just a "plate" right? Shes not your girlfriend? If thats the case you definitely need to take a chill pill. If you are over pursuing a girl it will only push her away even farther. Take some time to meet some new people and she will come back on her own if she wants. If she doesnt....oh well you should be busy with other people that it shouldnt even matter to you.
