last weekend io started a new work out regime,in order to drop a few pounds.

i went for a run on sunday for about 20 mins and then did 3 sets of 30 push upseach day until wednesday when i went for a longer run and then resumed the push ups each till sunday and went for another run.
Upon waying myself i have lost 4lbs, have not changed my diet whatsover.

im wondering shall i up the reps on the push ups or add weight?

and shall i add an extra run in there this week?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

well if your main goal is to lose weight not to bulk up than i suggest just cutting the push ups and adding more cardio to your work outs. Seeing as muscle weighs more than fat you will not notice that much of weight loss but you WILL notice an improvement in appeareance.
