“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I'm 34 and I rarely do the bar scene anymore. I usually stick to sports bars. Recently I've consciously noticed how mentally drained and tired I get when going out, which is usually on Friday evenings after work. I know work has a lot to do with it but when hanging with other guys, I feel their energy levels are higher than mine. They're always flirting with the Hooters chicks or the female bartenders. Me? I mainly sit there not trying to start a meaningless conversation with any of them. I consider myself a good looking dude so my friend is always bringing girls around to chat and they do, but man I find it tiresome to entertain these chicks sometimes. Yesterday my bud asked if I was ok because this cute chick seemed to want to chat with me but I honestly just wanted to have my beers and watch whatever game was on tv. Could this be low T? I hate the thought of that. And it would be weird because I go pretty hard at the gym and lift pretty heavy and can feel the adrenaline. Anyway I don't like how things are going with me feeling so mentally drained when I'm out. I feel like some of my friends think I'm becoming lame. Any recommendations?
Being and introvert myself, could you be to a certain degree?
As i understand one can even become an introvert at a later point in life.

Introverts find it draining to be in crowds and they hate usually hate "meaningless conversation".

It's possible that I've transitioned to that outside of work. My job involves me speaking to people all day and I figured that would be the reason. But my buddy is in sales and he's a social butterfly outside of work. So not sure how that works.
