"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Occasionally I encounter the flaky bs and wonder how I can play this out, these girls are from tinder

Me: I'm not much into the back and forth texting or pen-pal thing. I'd like to meet you for a coffee one night this week and get to know each other better. Let me know if that sounds good to you. =)

HB: HAHAHA that sounds lovely! :)
Me: Perfect, what nights are you free this week?
HB: Sorry I fell asleep! I'm not sure my schedule is in a mess right now :/ (It was pretty late at night)

Pretty sure walking away won't help when her investment is so low and its tinder where the bigger better deal is just a next swipe away.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Chasing won't help either.

Tell her to let you know when she's free to get together and wait.

But don't wait. Find other women.

When she stated "sounds lovely," you go with:

Sounds like a plan Missy (or Sounds good). Give me your number and I will text/call you to make arrangements =) Konada
Hard to recover. Try:

How dare you fall asleep on me! =) I'm not on here much, so let's take our convo offline. Give me your number and I will text/call you sometime. Konada
If no reciprocation, it's too great an investment. On to the next one.

Well she made my job easy for me, went to dance practice and she unmatched me when I didn't reply for a few hours.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
