Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
I was VERY active in the bar/club scene from 27 to 34. Then, I started to taper it off. I would go out one a month or so until 37. Now, I'm a hermit who hides at home except for work, dance classes, and vacations. I don't really bother with women much at all anymore except on a professional or classroom sort of level.skinnyguy said:This is for guys 30+.
When did you stop going out to bars/clubs, and do you miss it?
I am not going out that much anymore and I feel like I am not missing anything. The club scene is pretty vapid.
That's the better way to go by far (for me its salsa). I keep kicking myself for wasting all those yrs in the "club scene" instead of learning proper dancing and meeting more sensible (slightly, lol) women that way.Mike32ct said:So, I just do formal dancing at the ballroom studio and some local dance events. Of course I sometimes miss the grinding and makeouts from the club lol, but it is what it is.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
It's not that they are better women per se. It's that you aren't meeting them in under the influence of alcohol in a dark, loud club when they have their bish shields up. It's the venue that ruins it.yyc12 said:That's the better way to go by far (for me its salsa). The number one reason I left the bar/club scene was fear of continued long term hearing damage. These places are just too damn loud. I still love club music even as an older guy, but I listen to it at home. Even bars with music are really loud. The theory is it sells more drinks. Workplaces have noise regulations to protect hearing. But somehow bars, clubs, and concerts do not. But that's another topic...
I also got sick of the AWing and cliquey social circle groups that stay together and don't talk to anyone else.
I love to dance and have gotten MUCH better at it in recent years with some training, but I'm sick of seeing women dance together in groups instead of with men. I have some cool moves now, but a bar/club lady wouldn't give me the right time of day anymore so I can't use them there. A hot guy who sways from left to right >>>> an average looking guy with cool moves in the bar/club scene.
So, I just do formal dancing at the ballroom studio and some local dance events. Of course I sometimes miss the grinding and makeouts from the club lol, but it is what it is.

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
where else do I go lolbackbreaker said:I stopped going to clubs when i realized it was a rip off lol.
it's gaming for the lazy man. think about it. if you locked yourself in a room with a notepad for 3 hours you could come up with 20-30 better places to game women, easily. clubs are for guys who put no original thought into their game.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
