Getting LTRs?

I've read the bible, the tips, and all the other crap, but I still feel like there's something missing with all the women that I try to talk to. I'm not scared of approaching/etc, but the outcome seems to be the same:

I try and say something funny/strike up a conversation, but the girl gives me absolutely nothing to work with. (They don't laugh, add to the conversation or do anything).

My conversations with my male friends don't go like this. They always call me to hang out and stuff, so I don't think I'm a person people don't want to be around, but I still don't understand why it still hasn't worked with women yet.

I've been wondering if it's because I'm boring or don't really know how to take the tension up a level. Maybe I make them nervous, (I still get numbers sometimes, go on dates, etc.) but it's always few and far in between. I can't figure out what to do?

To be honest, I've never had a LTR, and my dates have never lasted long enough to really find out why.

ONe thing about making a woman laugh is to be in a C&F mood, smile, be upbeat and positive. Sometimes you gotta laugh first to get them comfortable laughing. Also, ask questions than open them up, tease them a little, etc.

Hey I feel you man. I mean I have been a little more successful with women lately (in a FWB relationship right now) but I can just never seem to land a relationship with any women. Can't really figure out why.
