“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Has anyone tried this? it seems a little strange since I've been reading a lot about how you need to lift intensely for a short amount of time to gain mass. GVT involves doing 10 sets of 10 reps.. does it work?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Have not tried it.

Lifting heavy and getting muscle is not the same thing, when you get under 4 reps per set then you train just for strenght, not for muscles. 4-8, 6-10 and 8-12 is the optimum rep ranges that focus on muscle growth.

Try it out for a while and report back on your gains and experiences.

It's VERY intense. Thats what matters, the intensity of the training. Dont ask if someone found it good or found it bad, try it out for yourself and see if YOU make gains with it. Cause as we all know every body is different.

You might be worried that you wont make gains over the X amount of time you're trying it out, but thats cool, if not then you havnt done any damage. If it works, then thats ace and you've just found yourself a new way of lifting.

Goodluck with it

German Volume Training is discussed in the march 2004 issue of muscle & fitness by tim scheett. It says to perform the sets going fast and as you progress the reps will become harder/slower. It requires 2 minutes of rest between sets. There is also a 5x5 workout plan that is also great for building strength.
