Hey guys,

is it just me, or is the hot but kinda geeky girl just so much hotter BECAUSE she is a geek? I mean, I'm a bit of a nerd (software engineer, so it comes with the territory) but I LOVE geeky girls. Especially when you don't know that they are a geek to begin with, but then find it out later.

I love the nerdy chicks. My previous girlfriend was a nerd. She like Inuyasha, was valevictorian (sp), liked to read, and many other nerdy things. They are the girls that don't know that they are beautiful.

I love it, but I am currently seeing a self-proclaimed "music nerd."

Well in my experience geeky girls can be a lot of fun to hang out with and some I know are pretty hot! and at least geeky girls arent snobbish and stuck up their own arse.

its probably cuz theres something of a taboo. like a church girl, ppl tend to think that geek girls are sexually repressed, therefore they have kind of a taboo appeal.

Just where did this trend come from?
My opinion is that the term "geek" is not meant to be a self-applied moniker. It is a derogatory label for someone who is smart but socially inept. Why do so many girls deliberately adopt the geek image?

lebRambo, I have seen this site and it reinforces the notion that nerds and geeks have become too trendy. Unfortunately, this does nothing for real geeks who are still alone with themselves.
