"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Hey guys,

is it just me, or is the hot but kinda geeky girl just so much hotter BECAUSE she is a geek? I mean, I'm a bit of a nerd (software engineer, so it comes with the territory) but I LOVE geeky girls. Especially when you don't know that they are a geek to begin with, but then find it out later.

Oh, while we are on the subject, check these out: HTTPanties!

^^ If you get this, you rule!

I once saw a hottie with SYN on the front of her shirt and ACK on the back (TCP/IP handshake protocol). Oh man, I laughed my ass off.

So give it up for all the geeky girls out there! :)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I like them because they are usually sleeper hotties. New clothes, makeup. SOme of them really clean up well. Lol.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

damn straight,

I love the nerdy chicks. My previous girlfriend was a nerd. She like Inuyasha, was valevictorian (sp), liked to read, and many other nerdy things. They are the girls that don't know that they are beautiful.

I love it, but I am currently seeing a self-proclaimed "music nerd."

its probably cuz theres something of a taboo. like a church girl, ppl tend to think that geek girls are sexually repressed, therefore they have kind of a taboo appeal.

I agree, some geek girls dress up Veeeerrrryyyy nice :)

Just what is a geek chick supposed to be anyway?

Just where did this trend come from?
My opinion is that the term "geek" is not meant to be a self-applied moniker. It is a derogatory label for someone who is smart but socially inept. Why do so many girls deliberately adopt the geek image?

lebRambo, I have seen this site and it reinforces the notion that nerds and geeks have become too trendy. Unfortunately, this does nothing for real geeks who are still alone with themselves.

these threads are dumb.

lets just say hot girls are hot... and ugly girls are ugly.

geek chick can be ugly or hot...
preppy girl can be ugly or hot...
punk girls can be ugly or hot.

stop generalizing EVERYONE.

if you think a fat geek chick is hot for being a geek. ...well thats sick.

i personally find hot chicks hot.
