“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

full body workouts are what constitutes strongman training, so i plan to do a lot of them in the strongman style.

"Lets try to pretend for a minute we're actually intelligent people here. Elaborate. Tell me why."

first of all i will pretend you didnt just call me stupid, if that is what you were getting at.

second it is just personal preference

i find that when you do a full body workout, you will not be able to hit everything with an adequate amount of sets and energy for optimal growth (for me becuase at this point this is what im used to). they take much too long if i were to do the same amount of sets if i were to make it equal to waht i would normally do.

putting legs and upper body together is a killer, especially if you are doing squats, deads, bench, or what ever you want to do. i truly feel that a split is necessary.

of course this is my opinion, i havnet lifted that long, getting close to 2 years now, but for me a full body workout has never worked as well as anyhting else.

Refer to my first post in this thread.

Then come back and tell me why a full body workout would 'suck' for a newbie lifter.

a fully body workout is best done with 2-3 sets and 1-2 exercises per bodypart, and only 2-3 workouts per week, also using as little failure as possible

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
