There’s a girl I like at work and have told I like her.

went to party, she didn’t really talk to me avoided eye contact
And also she was happy to dance with every other guy apart from me.
Avoided sitting next to me

Is she shy, or she doesn’t like me or playing a game.

Now my friend says he can make her mine, if I follow his advice 100% but his advice is cringy, for example calling her babe/baby/love eveuntlly giving her a rose, this is all before she’s my gf.
