Forum problem: Sosuave takes longer to load

It's been happening, I thought it was just the internet, or just heavy traffic, but it happens during slow periods, and on different internet connections and systems...

WHy are there 80+ items remaining to load for like 3 minutes at a time?

I don't know how long it takes for a cookie or whatever to time out, but after 3 minutes of nothing happening the page just stops loading.

When I post with quick reply, half the time it doesn't want to finish posting, the page loads forever, than quits half way through.

Waiting for a single page to open takes AGES, I open five pages and I have enough time to write an email to a friend, play two games of solitaire, freecell, do like 10 searches on the web, and it's STILL loading!!!

What the hell is happening?

yes it sucks. The gay color scheme sucks to. The advice on the front page sucks too.

Guys the color is easy to change.

First log-in (so your preferences get saved), then scroll down to the bottom of the page. On the bottom left there's a pull down menu, pick what you want. The blue look is "Default". There's others too.

I changed the colour the day the forums were back up...

The load times are btter now, but sometimes....

everything loads within 2-3 seconds for me. i have quite a fast broadband connection though.
