Background Information

Erik Spoelstra is a 53 year old NBA coach. He has been the Head Coach of the Miami Heat since 2008. The Miami Heat won NBA championships in 2012 and 2013 during his time as Head Coach. Spoelstra has worked with the Miami Heat organization since 1995. He had lower level front office jobs from 1995-1997 before serving as an assistant coach from 1997-2008. During his time as assistant coach, the Miami Heat won an NBA championship in 2006. Before joining the Miami Heat in 1995, Spoelstra played college basketball as a 6'2" point guard at a small school from 1988-1992. He had zero chance of playing professionally in the NBA.

Based on his lifetime achievements, he would have a strong case as an Alpha male. 6'2" height, plenty of money both as an assistant coach & Head Coach, and status.

Loss of Frame is a common reason. There's a reason why Rollo Tomassi said that "Frame is everything" in Iron Rule of Tomassi #1.

I have seen some men with solid credentials lose frame over time. It happens and it is unfortunate.

For those who haven't seen this. It happened early in the 2010-2011 NBA season. This was LeBron James' first season with the Miami Heat and Spoelstra's third season as Miami Heat coach. Spoelstra didn't have much of a track record as an NBA coach at this point.

The broad is Puerto Rican. Of course she's going to be chipping away at that frame 24/7. Why is a White-Puerto Rican mix a bad choice? Looks-wise, she was attractive when they got together in 2013. In the past 10 years, her looks have declined as she's aged and had 3 kids. At age 36 and with 3 kids, she would still attract some attention for her looks.

In his profession, Spoelstra has dealt with some big names with big egos. LeBron James played for the Miami Heat for 4 years during Spoelstra's time as Head Coach. I don't think she was average earlier in life. Her looks have gone downhill but so do most women's looks after having kids.

I think Erik Spoelstra is seeming like a paper alpha male. He would look the part of an alpha male on paper but it doesn't seem like that is happening now.

Spoelstra has been in Miami since 1995 and had high status in the city of Miami since at least his days as an assistant coach to Pat Riley.
