"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Two girls that I'm dating play zero games and seem to not hide their affection for me at all. It turned out in both of these cases that they were former "fat" girls. Not obese just on the chunky side in high school and college. I'm guessing they weren't able to develop their game as much. They aren't female AFCs but they don't hide their interest.

It's almost a breath of fresh air when talking with these girls. I still treat them like all others but there is almost no bullsh!tting or sh!t testing. And they are in terrific shape (now) and even more self conscious about going to gym or what they eat or their weight. One girl weighs herself every day and if she gains a few pounds does a crazy workout for a week or two.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

it happens more often than you realize. there are heaps of chicks that were chubby during high school that are now skinny and then there is also the opposite which is a lot of the skinny *popular* girls are now either fat or have kids and a saggy ass gut all because they were lil wh0res when they were young and had a teenage pregnancy hahaha.

plus i think the formerly fatties look way better because they get some muscle tone while losing the weight so they look a lot healthier and properly curved * especially if they do dem squats ooooh yeahhhh *

I agree that they have a much better attitude.

The real test of keeping weight off is doing it while in a long relationship.

Yeah, that is a huge test. Quite often they will lose weight to land a guy and balloon up once they feel like you will stick around. I got caught up in one of these deals. When it was at the end, she had chunked up quite a bit and tried to blame me for her gaining weight.

^^I basically broke up with a girl once who got chubby after she thought we were in a relationship.

The real nail in the coffin for me was that she literally lived directly behind a gym. She just couldn't motivate herself to go there. Instead she ate chocolate and rested easy in the fact that she thought she had secured somebody.

I still feel bad for her, but it was what it was.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
